Frequently Asked Questions

Honey is our primary sweetener because it’s a real, traceable ingredient that complements our flavors better than refined alternatives and has been part of kitchens for thousands of years. To keep added sugar and calories in check without using anything artificial, we balance it with small amounts of three plant-based sweeteners: allulose (a rare sugar that occurs naturally in figs and raisins), stevia leaf extract, and monk fruit extract. We don't add refined cane sugar or high-fructose corn syrup. All four sweeteners are listed plainly on every label.
-
No. No artificial flavors, no artificial colors, no artificial preservatives. Every ingredient is one you can recognize and we keep the list short on purpose.

A blend of whey protein concentrate, milk protein isolate, whey protein isolate, and bovine collagen peptides. We chose this combination for a complete amino acid profile, a clean non-chalky taste, and the added benefit of collagen, which is associated with skin, hair, and joint support.

They taste like the thing they're named after. Matcha is earthy, slightly grassy, with a clean finish. Vietnamese Coffee leans into roasted coffee with the rich, balanced sweetness of the original drink. Mango Coconut is bright, tropical, and not too sweet. The sweetness across all three is present but balanced with honey giving them a rounder, more natural quality than bars built on refined sugar.

Because that's the food we grew up with and because the protein bar aisle has been stuck with the same handful of flavors for too long. The flavors of Asia bring a depth and balance that translate beautifully to a bar.

No refrigeration is necessary. Store our bars at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Each bar has a best-by date on the wrapper; unopened bars stay at peak quality for 6 months from manufacture. Note that natural ingredients and oils may soften or melt during warm-weather shipping. If that happens, let the bar cool to room temperature or refrigerate for a couple of hours — taste and efficacy won't be affected.
-
Because we use real ingredients in real amounts and don't cut corners on the recipe. Premium ingredients cost more, and we'd rather charge fairly than compromise the flavor.

For food safety reasons we can't accept product returns, but if there's an error with your order, reach out and we'll make it right.
